dear tyty
good morning, here is an idea: we should have a fruit survey to poll our friends and readers on what kind of vietnamese or american fruit, they would like to be.
your fruit selection is excellent, and great vivid photos of them.
have a good week, and take good care.
tieu de.
p.s. if i can be a fruit, i will the “green dragon,” and for american fruit, i will be a strawberry.
Interesting! I love your question polls
I know only about 4 of these fruits, but I’ll play anyway
Something else interesting though, I had that Green Dragon when I was in Hong Kong! Funny, I’ve been going on about it for years, and every time I mentioned it to someone, I’d just get an odd look, and no one knew what I was talking about! Hehe, all I had to do was find your site! Its good stuff – I enjoyed it every morning of my stay. But that was because the eggs in Hong Kong scared me
Ok, so out of those that I know, I think I’m best described as a Pomegranate. The reason – because my exterior is a little tough (emotionally speaking, but phsycially I’m not much to look at either, lol), but the reason that people enjoy being around me is because of what’s inside. Also, sometimes the Pomegranate seeds are a little bitter – and well, so am I
How about you?
Also – what does it mean when people address you as Chi Wish? Hehe, hope that’s not too dumb a question
I am AVOCADO. You can see that the skin of most avocado is not really smooth, yet when it’s fresh… you’ll that its skin does shine and it looks so green and fresh… its meat is soft and nourishing… and it has such a hard core. That’s me! … lol
i am green dragon b/c it represents the real dragon in me.
i may be rough outside with thorns but inside, i am full of tenderness, smoldering passion, and compassion and generosity.
for american fruit, i am mr strawberry b/c it represents the vitality and charisma of the man in me. besides, strawberry goes well with anything from whipped cream to ice cream to smoothie.
just to elaborate on my questions.

ryc: oh i’ve had mango.. its my favorite fruit!
and papaya.. they have those here… both good. had them in hawaii.. much better there. papaya is really good with lemon squeezed on top i cut it in half take out the seeds and eat w/spoon and lemon. yum
They all look so delicious chi. H! I am Guava, since they look rough on the outside, but it tenders in the inside…
This was fun
I love your creativeness!
(I thought Chi meant something like ‘dear one’, lol. Thanks for translating for me!)
humm… when I took the fruitquiz on ThoCon page, I ended up to be strawberry …
but I still guava.. lolz
Chi H oi.. Kc nau’ xong roi`… Kung Pao Dragon co’ muon an… kong… come and join me for dinner.. .ehehhehehehehe
Out of all those fruits, I would guess that waterapple fits me best. It’s crispy on the outside but has a soft, spongy center that holds a single seed…(the heart!). It is usually sour but does possess a hint of sweetness that makes the bite oh-so-worthwhile.
Could you by any chance put the Vietnamese name by them too? I’ve always wanted to connect the English and Vietnamese names.
hey after the poll, you gonna send us our favorite fruits? :p
Of the ones above that I’ve actually had, probably the tamarind.. well, I’ve only had it when it’s made into a soup. At first, it may seem a bit tangy or a bit sour, but when it goes down, it leaves you with such a warm feeling inside.
You forgot one, trái điều… cuz you can’t have just one.
U make me miss Vietnam so much, especially the fruits… Those in Canada are so darn expensive! The only thing i dun get is that durian to some is very yummy, so others it is rather… smelly… Do you know what it is so???
PS> I love durian though
*** i meant ” do you know why it is so?”

do you like fruit? my xanga is http://www.xanga.com/attitude120
Random person but I liked this question a lot so I felt inclined to respond.
I think I might be like the Durian the most. Before actually trying it, people think it’s disgusting because of the smell (I don’t smell, people have just said I give off this negative vibe) but when they do try it, they actually might like it and is faithful to the fruit. And I also have a spikey outer layer that people should watch out for, but I’m actually really nice deep down. Haha. Yeah, that’s my two cents.
nice syte….cute layout…random propz..hope u have a great summer=]
